Delivery Information

At Castle Collectables, we want your order to arrive safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

We are integrated with Parcel2Go, giving us access to a range of trusted UK courier services so we can choose a suitable delivery option for your order.

UK Delivery

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

Orders over £30
Free UK delivery

Orders under £30
£4.95 UK delivery charge

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours during normal business days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive delivery information and tracking details where available, so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

How your order is sent

Once your order has been placed, we will carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items for dispatch. We use suitable packaging to help protect die-cast models, aircraft replicas, model kits, collectibles, and hobby items during transit.

Our Parcel2Go integration allows us to arrange delivery through trusted courier partners, depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of your parcel.

Pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, dispatch may be delayed until the item becomes available. Where possible, product pages will show expected release or arrival information.

If you order in-stock items together with pre-order items, we may hold the full order until all items are available. Please contact us before ordering if you need in-stock items sent separately.

Delivery issues

If your parcel has not arrived, arrives damaged, or you have a question about your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

When contacting us about a delivery issue, please include your order number and any tracking information you have received.
